Users - Employees - Invite an employee



Fill in the employee details (password can be changed) and click "Select role".




Assign roles (you can assign multiple roles) and press  "Assign a role" button. 




Please note: if an employee with  "Instructor" or "Editor" roles is given access to  "All school courses" checkbox, the employee will have access to the later created courses. 


The employee will receive an email with login details. School employees into school main page, and  not to the website https://zenclass.net/.


Staff invitations are only available to the school owner. Administrator can only invite employees with "Instructor" and "Editor" roles.
