If you do not want to share a public link to the course, or you already have a list of students you want to be enrolled in the course, you can invite students personally (one by one) or send a group invitation to up to 300 students (up to 30 persons during the trial period) via email.



Personal email invitation


Course - Students  -Invite a new student to the course (at the bottom of the page below the list of students on the course)



After you enter the email address and click the "Invite" button, an email will be sent to the student. The message will contain a link to the course. After the link is activated (by clicking), another email will be sent to the student. This email will specify a password from the student's personal account. The username will be the email address to which the invitation was sent.

Group invitation (up to 300 students)


Course - Students - Import CSV (up to 300 students)


After clicking on the button, you will be asked to select and upload a CSV file with a list of email addresses of the students who have paid for the course. They will also be sent emails with access to the course. After the link is activated (by clicking), another email will be sent to the student. This email will specify a password from the student's personal account. The username will be the email address to which the invitation was sent.


Sent invitations


Please note that there are no statistics on sent invitations. Remember to notify the students about the invitation (to ensure they will check all the folders in the inbox). If the student cannot locate the invitation, make sure the email address has been typed correctly (in case of error, send the invitation again to the correct email). If the email was entered correctly, the invitation was sent, but the student could not locate in their inbox, contact support team to ascertain the email was delivered.
