When clicking on the course card, you are redirected to the tab "Constructor". To get to the course settings, select "Settings" under the course heading.


Information


This tab is used to fill in the basic course data:

  • Course title
  • Course description
  • Text on the button
  • Product page (leave blank or insert a link to the page the student will be redirected to after payment)
  • Course cover (by clicking on the image in the course card)
  • You can also see what the course card looks like for the student.

Access


You can configure course access, course visibility and the way it’s displayed on the main page of the school:

  • The course is available by email invitation: if the checkbox is checked, the student can be invited to the course.
  • Accept no more than * * students for the course: by default, the number of students who can register for a course is not limited, but if you check this checkbox and set a maximum number of students, the course will not be available for purchase once this number of students is enrolled in the course. 
  • Confirm each student's application manually: if the checkbox is checked,  you must click the “Confirm” button in the school notifications section to grant access to the course to each of the applicants. 
  • Show the course in the course list on the school page:
    • To all visitors (the course will be seen by anyone who is on the main page of the school, regardless of registration).
    • To users registered at the school (the course will be seen only by those who have registered at the school, regardless of the course purchase).
    • To everyone who has access to the course (the course will be seen only by the person who received an invitation by email).
    • Only to students enrolled in the course (the course will be seen only by the students who have purchased the course).
    • To no one (the course can not be seen by anyone on the main page of the school).

Please note that, if published, the course is always available via a direct link. 

Embedding


In this tab you can configure and copy registration forms and links:

  • You can copy a direct link to the course card (a separate page with the course card where the student can enter the email and make payment)
  • Set up an additional registration form.
  • Set up a course registration form to embed on your website and copy the HTML code.
  • Copy the direct link to the list of lessons (only for students registered for the course).

Actions


In this tab you can perform the following actions:

  • Publish the course or remove it from publication. The published course is available to the students in accordance with the access settings and is in the "PUBLISHED" status (only employees can see the status on the course card), the unpublished course is not available to students and is in the "NOT PUBLISHED"status.
  • Enable or disable comments for all lessons and assignments in the course. Comments are enabled and disabled at once for all lessons and assignments, so you cannot enable or disable comments for some lessons/assignments in the same course.
  • Copy the course. Clicking the "Copy" button will take you to the main page of the school where a copy of the course will be created in the "Draft" status (the course is not published).
  • Change the type of the course (calendar/non-calendar). If you change the course type to “calendar”, you must schedule the course start date and lessons (thus, setting the order of the lessons) before publishing the course.
  • Delete a course. This action is irreversible. After deleting the course, it is not available to either employees or students.
