Remove from the course:


  1. Go to the course you are working with (settings for a specific course) in the “Students” tab.
  2. Insert the email of the student in the search bar.
  3. Point the mouse cursor over the student's card and click on the “Remove from the course” button.  

The student will be listed in the table of students not registered for any course (those who have not made payment). The student can resume the course; this way,  the student does not need to register with the school again or purchase another course.


Remove from school:


  1. Go to the “Students” tab (Users - Students).
  2. Insert the email of the student in the search bar.
  3. Click on the name of the student in the student's card and click on the “Remove from school” button.  

The student will not be listed in the table of students who have not made payment. (Users - Students - zero ticks Download XLS). The student can no longer register with the school using this email (yet this email can be found in a list of  excluded and restored to the school, then access to previously purchased courses will return).


Delete permanently:


  1. Go to the “Students” tab (Users - Students).
  2. Insert the email of the student in the search bar.
  3. Click on the name of the student in the student's card and click on the a "Permanently delete" button at the top (the date of student registration is also displayed in the upper right corner).

The student can register at the school again using the same email address (this will be a new blank account without access to courses). The student will not be listed  in the downloaded tables, but you can keep a separate table of emails of users removed from the course for your records.
